Apcalis tablet contains 20mg Tadalafil and is commonly known as "the weekender". A generic form of Cialis which lasts for 36 hours. Apcalis is manufactured by Ajanta Pharma. The Tadalafil 20mg citrate takes longer before it works as the Sildenafil citrate, but the effect is much more effective. 

Taking Apcalis Tablet? - Know what to expect

• Do NOT take Apcalis Tablets more than once per day
• You will not get an instant erection. You must be aroused for Apcalis Tablets to work
• Apcalis Tablets usually works in about 40 minutes
• Apcalis Tablets works for up to 36 hours, so you can take your time
• After sex, your erection will go away
• To get the fastest results, one should not consume heavy meals. This decreases the functionality of the tablet.

PRECAUTIONS BEFORE TAKING THIS MEDICINE:

This medicine should never be taken if you taking medicines containing nitrates. If you are unsure what nitrates are consult your doctor.

Do not take if you got:

• Kidney / Liver Problems
• Heart Conditions (e.g. Irregular Heart Beat, Chest Pain, Heart Attack, Angina or Narrowing of the Aortic Valve)
• High / Low Blood Pressure
• Stroke
• An Inherited Eye Condition called Retinitis Pigmentose
• Any Blood Problems such as Leukaemia or Sickle Cellanemia
• Penis deformity such as Peyronies Disease
• An erection lasting more than 4 hours

Side Effects:

Side effects that may occur while taking this medicine include headache, flushing, dizziness, stomach upset, heartburn, stuffy nose, diarrhea, or vision changes such as increased sensitivity to light, blurred vision. If these exist or you are affected, consult your doctor immediately.
